Makkal Saatchi is an independent, non-commercial platform that lets citizens document bribery demands across Tamil Nadu publicly and safely. No login. No bureaucracy. Just facts.
Corruption in public services is widespread but rarely visible as a pattern. Individual experiences stay private. A demand here, a delay there. This platform turns those isolated incidents into a public record that anyone can see, compare, and act on.
The platform launched on 27 May 2026. Reports are live, the dashboard is running, and feedback from the first users is being reviewed daily. The platform is functional and being actively improved.
Submitted reports appear in the public dashboard immediately. Reports show district, category, amount demanded, payment method, and whether evidence was attached. Names and contact details of reporters are never made public. A moderation step before publication is planned for a future release.
This is an individual citizen project built to address a genuine gap in public accountability. It is not affiliated with any government body, political party, NGO, or media organisation. No funding is sought or accepted.
